ETHIOPIA ENCOUNTERS
On Andreas Hempels journey to the Erta Arle volcano he passed through the Danakil desert which is part of the Afar region in Ethiopia. There he had met really friendly and nice people. Some of them traveled with him because of security reasons others just had crossed his ways.
